I have worked in both primary and secondary education for 29 years and am currently an Executive Headteacher for a number of primary schools in the Xavier Catholic Education Trust, in Surrey. We are a growing trust, currently comprising of three secondary and fifteen primary schools.  I am responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the provision in these schools as well as contributing to the wider work of the Trust’s executive leadership team.

I have led on a variety of strategies within the primary phase, including curriculum, oracy and assessment. I have been involved in  leadership training across the Trust, and for STSN delivering the Teach First NPQ programmes. 

I am delighted to have the opportunity to serve the wider education system through my contribution to the Board of Weydon MAT.
