Governance Professional
Elaine's primary role is Governance Professional to the Board of Trustees. She was involved in setting up the Trust, giving her the opportunity to work across all aspects of its operations.
She is also involved in policies, the Trust website, Google Drive, calendar of meetings, onboarding new schools and GDPR. She attends lots of meetings and, if she cannot assist directly, she usually knows who can.
