The Joining Process
We aim to make joining WMAT a collaborative and transparent process:
Phase 1 – Initial discussions
- Informal meetings with WMAT leadership and governors
- Alignment of vision and values
- School visits and stakeholder engagement
Phase 2 – Due diligence
- Comprehensive review of educational, financial, legal, and premises information
- Identification of risks and solutions
- Agreement on timelines and conversion date
Phase 3 – Legal and operational steps
- Completion of required documentation (Funding Agreement, CTA, leases)
- TUPE transfer of staff
- Integration of financial and reporting systems
After Joining
