Outside of work, he is an active member of Farnham Golf Club (The Sands), enjoys running and takes every opportunity to play a variety of sports. 

Rob is passionate about people, careers, and diversity, and has always been fascinated by the “business of business” – how organisations operate and how performance, capability, and leadership can be enhanced.

His children attended Waverley Abbey, Weydon and Farnborough Sixth Form college and he has lived in Surrey and North East Hampshire for over 40 years. 

Rob’s has been a Trustee since 2023 and he took on the role of Safeguarding Link Trustee in 2024.
