Anna began her career at Marks & Spencer, where she progressed from a graduate trainee to HR Manager, developing her knowledge and expertise in people management.

She has an extensive track record in HR leadership, having transitioned to the education sector in 2014 as the HR Manager at Tomlinscote School. Since then, she has successfully supported the transition to The Prospect Trust in 2018 and with her HR team has embedded a fair, transparent approach to HR advice, processes and compliance.

Pivotal to her role is establishing consistency across the Trust, ensuring that every school and college is supported by a professional HR team and accurate payroll framework.

Anna is committed to the continuous development of the Trust HR service, working closely with school and college leaders to deliver high quality support and advice, enabling students to achieve their best outcomes.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
