Gemma is Rector of Cove in Farnborough and Area Dean of Aldershot in Guildford Diocese. She is Chair of the Cove Education Trust and a member of General Synod for the Church of England. She was previously a Member of The Prospect Trust. She has PhD in Theology looking at how young adults develop in their faith.
