Christopher provides consultancy support and advice to educational organisations, including the Careers and Enterprise Company, Ambition School Leaders, Reach Academies, and the Ormiston Academy Trust.

He also serves as an Adviser for OPERA, a charity supporting unemployed young people into work, and as a Member of the Advisory Group for Getting Ahead London, a school leadership initiative.

Christopher’s previous experience includes heading the Education Services division at GEMS Education, where he created and delivered professional leadership programmes for 15,000 teachers and leaders and managed GEMS’ ten UK schools. He has also worked for the Department for Education as a Senior Planning Officer at the Funding Agency for Schools in York, contributed to the Civil Service Fast Stream, the Dearing Review of Higher Education, and the DfE Standards and Effectiveness Unit.
