Previously, Swati managed supply chain cost reduction programmes for BAE and Airbus as a Project Manager, developing and refining business systems and negotiating new contracts.

She is actively involved in community projects, including scouting groups and sports teams, and is a passionate supporter of STEM careers programmes. Swati speaks Gujarati, Swahili, German, and French.
