Ralph is Chair of the Board of Trustees at WMAT, bringing extensive leadership and governance experience to the strategic oversight of the Trust. In this role, he works with trustees and Local Governing Bodies to ensure high standards of education, care, and safeguarding across all colleges and schools within the Trust. He also serves as Chair of Governors at The Park School, reflecting his long‑standing commitment to school leadership and community engagement.

Ralph has more than twenty years’ experience in financial management, including systems programme management and financial accounting. Before Ralph retured, he  worked as a Reporting Manager for Verizon Communications, where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis covering approximately $1.5 billion of annual revenues, applying his expertise to support robust financial decision‑making.

His blend of financial acumen and educational governance experience strengthens WMAT’s oversight and contributes to the Trust’s continued success.
