Mark joined Weydon in 2000 as a Geography teacher. Since then, he has held leadership responsibility for student progress and achievement at school level and has led our teaching school, developing professional learning opportunities for teachers and school leaders. As a founding member of the i2i Teaching Partnership SCITT, Mark was at the forefront of teacher training, shaping a high-quality, practical, and supportive programme for new educators.

He now leads academy improvement across the Trust, working with school leaders to enhance teaching, develop the curriculum, and support the growth of teachers and leaders. Mark is committed to ensuring every student benefits from excellent teaching and a rich learning experience.
