As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Louise plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency, sustainability and innovation across the Trust, ensuring that every school is well-resourced to deliver outstanding educational outcomes. She also leads the strategic management and continuous development of our high-quality learning environments, creating spaces where students and staff can thrive.

Louise brings a strong track record in school business leadership, having held senior roles within GLF Schools and other educational settings. She has successfully led financial recovery programmes, overseen multi-million-pound capital projects and embedded robust HR and safeguarding frameworks. She began her career in the banking sector with Lloyds Bank, where she developed expertise in business development and performance management.

Louise holds a Diploma in School Business Management and an MBA, and is an active member of the Institute of School Business Leaders and ASCL.

Outside of her professional role, Louise enjoys singing with local choirs and has a longstanding commitment to volunteering within the education sector.
