Kathy brings over 25 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, beginning her career in the horticulture sector before moving into education in 2016 as PA to John Winter, Headteacher of Weydon School.

Following the formation of the Weydon Multi Academy Trust, Kathy has further developed her role, providing dedicated support to the Trust’s Executive Team. Her responsibilities include comprehensive diary management, coordinating meetings, liaising with member schools, and preparing reports, agendas, minutes, and presentations to support effective governance and leadership.
