Elaine’s previous experience in customer service has equipped her with a wide range of skills that she has brought to her work at the Trust.

She was involved in setting up the Trust with the founding schools, giving her the opportunity to work across many aspects of its operations and expansion. Her primary role is Clerk to the Board of Trustees, overseeing governance.

Elaine is also involved in policies, the Trust website, Google Drive, the annual calendar, onboarding new schools, and GDPR. She attends numerous meetings and, if she cannot assist directly, she usually knows exactly who can.
