The Xavier Catholic Education Trust is a growing organisation comprising of three secondary and fifteen primary schools. Kate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of provision across these schools and contributing to the work of the Trust’s executive leadership team.

Kate has led a range of strategies within the primary phase, including curriculum development, oracy, and assessment, and have been involved in leadership training across the Trust and has also delivered Teach First NPQ programmes for STSN and is pleased to bring this experience to WMAT.
