Cat is a trained science teacher specialising in chemistry, with over 16 years of classroom experience and 10 years as a qualified SENCo. She spent 12 years working in a variety of Inner London schools, gaining extensive experience in diverse educational settings, before relocating to Surrey in 2022 to join Rodborough School.

Over the past nine years, Cat has held senior leadership roles, leading inclusion teams to ensure that every student receives the support they need to thrive. She is currently Senior Assistant Principal at Rodborough, with responsibility for Inclusion, while dedicating two days each week to the Trust.

Guided by a strong commitment to equity and excellence, Cat is passionate about securing outstanding outcomes for all students and ensuring that every young person has access to the opportunities they deserve.
