Rob specialises in recruiting leadership talent for Retail and Consumer Goods companies across the UK and Western Europe.

Outside of work, he is an active member of Farnham Golf Club (The Sands), enjoys running 5k and 10k events, and takes every opportunity to play a variety of sports.

Rob is passionate about people, careers, and diversity, and has always been fascinated by the “business of business” – how organisations operate and how performance, capability, and leadership can be enhanced.

This is Rob’s first Trustee appointment, and he is looking forward to contributing positively to WMAT and the local community.
