Louise is serving as Headteacher of Stamford Green Primary School and Nursery in Epsom, Surrey, where she led the school community with a focus on continuous improvement and inclusive practice.

In her consultancy role for WMAT, Louise supports schools by drawing on her leadership experience to enhance educational outcomes, strengthen professional practice, and contribute to strategic development across the Trust.
