Zara is Director of SEND for Weydon Multi Academy Trust and of Deputy Headteacher of The Park School.  She has worked in specialist and mainstream educational settings for over 17 years with experience as a SENDCo, Mental Health Lead, DSL, senior leader, governor and Designated Teacher for LAC. Zara holds an MEd in Inclusion and an MSc in Psychology. Part of her role is to deliver training for new teachers through the SCITT and she is passionate about changing the narrative on neurodiveristy. Alongside her work in schools, she has presented at Westminster Education Forum and Training for Education and been on The SENDCast.
