WEYDON MULTI ACADEMY TRUST

2018 GCSE Results (Unvalidated data)

The Trust is delighted to announce its GCSE performance this year is a substantially improved position as compared with last year. Whilst data remain unvalidated at this stage and subject to both re-marks and national data confirmation, it is clear that all secondary schools within the Weydon Multi Academy Trust have improved both in their overall attainment levels and progress from their KS2 baseline scores.

The results are an outstanding reflection of the schools within the Trust determination and ambition to ensure the very best outcomes for all its students.

The Trust would like to thank all of the staff, students and parents for all their dedication, hard work and skill in ensuring this level of success at GCSE. We are so proud of all the schools; together we are stronger and that means every student has a better chance of a successful and inspiring education.

Much has been made of “off rolling” students in Year 11, we would like to reassure all those connected with the Trust that we have not “off rolled” any students in order to massage the performance figures.

Further detailed analysis on the Trusts performance will be available in the middle of October once the DfE have released National data.
