John Winter (CEO) was Head Teacher of Weydon School (11 years). He is also a National Leader of Education; NCTL 2015 Fellowship Commission; School Improvement Partner. 

John has led Weydon School from the bottom 5% of schools in 2006 (E PANDA) to Outstanding in Ofsted 2009. It is now the most oversubscribed school in SW Surrey as well as being a Teaching School since 2012, working with 16 secondary schools and 3 universities. In 2015 it became a SCITT.
